A co-op climbing horror about going down further than anyone got a permit for.
Rig up with your crew, drop into the shaft, and free-climb through whatever's still holding the walls up. Everything down there is worth something. Not everything wants you to have it.
SUBLEVEL drops you and your crew at the mouth of an excavation shaft nobody's supposed to be in. There's no map, no fast travel, and no floor between you and however far you fall. You climb with your own hands, you carry what you can hold, and every meter down is a meter you have to earn back up.
The rope is the only checkpoint. Anchor it, or the next fall costs you the whole run.
Your pack has a limit. Every haul is a decision about what you're willing to leave behind.
Light draws attention. So does noise, so does panic, so does your friend yelling your name.
The deeper shafts don't reset. What you wake up down there stays awake.
Every run generates a different stack of sublevels. These are the strata you'll learn to dread.
Fresh excavation, exposed rebar, unstable scaffolding. Easiest climb in the shaft, and the only one with cell signal.
Old rail yards the water table swallowed decades ago. Sound travels wrong down here, and so does everything else.
Nobody drilled this far. Something else did. Bring every light you own — you'll still lose one.
The shaft had residents before it had a permit number. They haven't filed a complaint. They've filed something else.
His skin is non existent and he wants to steal yours...
A scary anomaly that once you get seen it will not give up.
Used to be a Minker. Still knows the routes. Cant control his hunger.
None of it keeps you alive. Some of it might keep your crew from losing you in the dark.
Found the rail cars from the Flood strata. Full of scrap nobody's touched in years. Left half of it behind. Wasn't worth what came looking.
Lost the rope at the Hollow line. Climbed anyway. Don't recommend it. Don't regret it either, not yet.
First drop of the season. Cut looks stable. Bringing three more Minkers next run. Wish us the rope holds.
Wishlist SUBLEVEL and get into early test drops before the full shaft goes live. First climb's free. The way back out isn't guaranteed.
